Nancy Joan Clark Coolbaugh, 50, passed away on May 20, 2017 surrounded by loved ones after a 10 year battle with breast cancer.
Nancy was born on May 24, 1966 in Fort Worth, Texas. She was a loving and giving daughter, wife, mother, sister, aunt, and friend and leaves a legacy of love and courage for all who knew her. During the course of her illness, Nancy battled this horrible disease courageously and with eternal hope for a cure. She lived for her children who were her greatest joy and her life’s work. Nancy was a graduate of Nolan Catholic High School and the University of North Texas. She began her career as a school teacher and then went on to help her husband Dr. Robert Coolbaugh (Joel) run their successful family business, Coolbaugh Chiropractic in Lubbock Texas. Nancy loved sewing, scrap-booking, cake making and family get-togethers with her large extended family and especially beach family vacations! Nancy loved pets and held a special place in her heart for her beloved dogs, Pepper, Tiki and Roo!
The family would like to thank Dr. Cristi Aitelli for her compassionate care and the love and support she provided Nancy and our family.
Nancy was preceded in death by her father, Jim Clark, but was comforted with the thought of being together again with him as she left this world.
Survivors: Husband, Joel; children, Gabby, Isabel, Gus, and Max; mother, Dolores Clark; siblings, Dan (Kathy), John (Rebecca), Pat (Carrie), Mary (Paul), Kit (Mike), Jeanette (Al), Anita (Bobby); numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
