Death Certificates

A Certified Copy of the Death Certificate is necessary before anything can be done.  It is a good idea to obtain multiple copies of a death certificate as many agencies require a certified certificate and not a photocopy.

The Funeral Director will assist you in acquiring Certified Copies of the Death Certificate which may be required for a variety of accounts including:
