Obituary of Cecilia Wilma Manning Pannell

Cecilia Wilma Pannell, 95, died on September 7, 2018.Wilma was born on June 21, 1923 in Fort Worth to Bernard H. and Anveline Manning. She was a longtime parishioner of Holy Family Catholic Church and had been active in many ministries. She possessed a strong devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary.She was loved by all and will be sorely missed.Wilma was preceded in death by her husband, William Louis Pannell, and by a son, Jerry Thomas Pannell.She is survived by her sister, Margaret Kalmbacher; children, Patrick Pannell and wife, Mary Lou of Stephenville; Sharon Hydak and husband, Alexander of Arlington; Terry Pannell and wife, Nona of Fort Worth; Ann Blair and late husband, Steve of Plano; Cece Pannell of Arlington; Theresa Boardman of Arlington; Mary Pannell of Arlington; Sandra Albin and husband, Steve of Fort Worth; 14 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
