Obituary of Carol Ann Powell Ortez

Carol Ann Powell Ortez, 78, passed away on November 18, 2018. She was born April 6, 1940 in Mobridge, one of fifteen children born to Chester Arthur and Regina Emma (Bonk) Powell.She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 31 years, Ronnie Mac Ortez; and seven of her brothers and sisters.Carol is survived by brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces and cousins.
