Obituary of Robert E. Trampe

Bob Trampe, 87, passed away Thursday, September 13, 2018, after a short battle with cancer.Bob was born August 27, 1931 in St. Louis, Mo. the son of Robert Casper and Mary Olive Eageny Trampe. He graduated from Washington University in St. Louis and served in the U.S. Army for 2 years. He worked as a Chemical Engineer for his entire career, retiring in 1986. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed watching the Rangers and Cowboys, most of the time. Since his diagnosis, he showed us how to face the inevitable without fear. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Audrey Good, and wife, Patricia Rehg Trampe.Survivors: Daughter, Kim Scally; sons, David Trampe (Kristi) and Jeff Trampe (Carobeth); granddaughters, Whitney Thomason (Chad), Jordan Masters, Erin Stiggins (Todd), Meagan Trampe; grandsons, Ian Trampe (Ana), Drew Trampe, and Eric Trampe; great-grandchildren, Andrew Thomason, Ryan Thomason, Maggie Thomason, Wyatt Stiggins, and Kaytlen Stiggins; brother-in-law Richard Rehg (Patricia); niece, Stacy Oxendine (David); nephew, Jason Rehg (Lori); great nieces, Brittni Oxendine, Hayden Rehg; great nephew, Zachary Oxendine; faithful dog, Roxie.
