Robert (Bob) Edward Larmer Jr., 75, of Springtown was called home on April 22, 2021. Bob was born in Bridgeport, Connecticut, but thankfully moved to the Great State of Texas at the age of 10.He attended St. George’s Catholic School in Fort Worth, TX and graduated from Richland High School in N. Richland Hills, TX. It was here he met his future wife and the mother to his two children, Angela and Richard.Bob was a loving grandfather to Bryan Wiggins and Jeffrey Wiggins from Angela and Ava Larmer from Richard and his wife Susan Larmer. He was also a doting great-grandfather to Mia Wiggins and Emma Wiggins from Bryan Wiggins.Bob is also survived by his siblings Joan-Marie Larmer O’Connor, Timothy Larmer, Margaret Larmer Russell, his brother-in-law and best friend Lonnie Ray Dendy and numerous nieces and nephews who he adored. Bob is preceded in death by his parents Robert E. Larmer Sr. and Margaret Rossiter Larmer, and his brother James G. Larmer.Bob worked as a machinist for Bell Helicopter for many years. He was an avid golfer and his passion for golf was known to all. His love for the Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, and sports cars were beyond compare. He was a regular contributor to St. Jude Charities. He always spoke for his love of Shinola’s Cafe in Springtown, Texas. His work ethic and love for his family defined him.
