Obituary of Elizabeth Crawford Livermore

Elizabeth C. Livermore, 102, died Friday, June 2, 2017.Elizabeth was born January 1, 1915 in Amarillo. She was a graduate of Amarillo High School in 1932 and The University of Texas Austin School of Business in 1936. She married Frank Livermore in 1938 and they have lived in Pittsburgh, PA, Boston, MA, Havana, Cuba, and Arlington, VA, prior to moving to Fort Worth. Frank preceded her in death in 2000. Elizabeth was an active member of St. Christopher’s Episcopal Church for over 50 years and active in The Woman’s Club of Fort Worth, as a Regent of the Mary Isham Keith Chapter, NSDAR, and an officer of the Shakespeare Club. She was awarded Master Points from the American Contract Bridge League and loved to garden and entertain. The family wishes to thank the staff of The Stayton at Museum Way and Custom Caregivers for all of their loving care.Children: Betsy Johnson and husband, Larry, James Livermore and wife, Cheri; grandchildren, Laura Stevens of Brownsburg, Indiana, Neal Johnson of College Station, Meredith Livermore of Fort Worth, Tyler Livermore of Kansas City, Missouri; great granddaughter, Angela Stevens of Brownsburg, Indiana; niece, Lea Eldridge of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
