Obituary of Melissa Lynn Reese

Our beloved sister Melissa Lynn Reese went to be with her Lord on April 26, 2021.She is survived by her father Albert B. Reese III; sister, Juliana Reese Stevenson; brother, Stephen Craig Reese; sister in law, Tonya Reese; niece, Katelyn Stevenson; and her nephews, Brandon Craig Reese and Bradley Stephen Reese. She was preceded in death by her mother, Deanna Sproles Reese.After graduating Cypress Creek High School in Houston, Texas, she continued her education while attending Texas Tech University. During college, she was very active in many student organizations including being a proud member of Chi Omega sorority.After graduating she spent the rest of her career in the energy business as an oil and gas trader and scheduler. She was also very active in volunteering her time working with JDRF of Houston.She loved the beach and travel with her friends mainly in the Caribbean.Melissa’s strong spirit of love and life; laughter and honesty will never be forgotten and will be sorely missed.
