Elizabeth Davis Miller, fondly known as Lizzie, left her earthly life on November 25, 2021.Born in Houston on November, 24, 1964 to Jerry and Beryl Davis, she attended Cypress Creek High School where she was part of the drill team and graduated in 1983. She graduated from Texas Christian University in 1987 where she was a member of the Chi Omega Sorority and attained a degree in Fashion Merchandising with a minor in Art History. Shortly before her graduation, she met her husband of 31 years, Scott Miller. The two married in 1990 at Christ Church Cathedral in Houston, Texas.The newlyweds lived in Dallas for the first year of their marriage and moved to Fort Worth in 1991, where they had their first child, Elizabeth Claire, in 1992, and later their second child, Sophia Beryl, in 1998. Lizzie always kept busy and worked at P.S. the Letter, Initially Yours, was a member of The Fort Worth Assembly, played for the River Crest Country Club Tennis Team, and volunteered for the Texas Ballet Theater, All Saints’ Episcopal School, and the All Saints’ Episcopal Church Flower Guild.After being diagnosed with colon cancer at age 53 in 2017, Elizabeth coordinated a team and worked as a fundraiser for the Get Your Rear In Gear Foundation to help raise support and awareness for colon cancer. Lizzie was known for her bright red lips, radiance, and ability to bring love and light to any room. She was a beloved wife, mother, daughter, and best friend to everyone she met. She touched so many lives.She is survived by her mother, Beryl Davis; her husband, Scott Miller; and her two daughters, Elizabeth Claire and Sophia Beryl Miller.
