Obituary of Veronica Marie Thompson

Veronica Marie “Ronnie” Thompson, 35, passed away on August 19, 2017, in Fort Worth.Ronnie was born in Brasilia, Brazil and grew up traveling the world while her mother worked for the Diplomatic Corp at various Embassies. She and her brother, Greg, enjoyed a childhood living in Brazil, Burma, Mexico City, and London. An outstanding soccer player, Ronnie loved all sports and was also a talented sports photographer. She loved music and spending time with her family and friends most of all. Ronnie was currently employed at Amazon.She was preceded in death by her brother, Timothy; cousin, Austin Doak; uncle, Paul Thompson; and grandparents, Francis H. and Mary Margaret Thompson.Survivors: Mother, Mary Cecilia Thompson; beloved brother, Greg; aunts and uncles, Margaret and Duran Doak and Kathleen Thompson; cousins, Cara Doak Kennemer (Jason), Ben Thompson (Kristi), Albie Doak Pyles (Davin), Mark Nichols; and her dear friend, Amanda Davis.
