Obituary of Lualice Ann Dixon Hoffman
Lualice Ann Dixon Hoffman died peacefully in her home on Saturday, May 12 ,2018.She was born April 28, 1930 in Seminole OK. She attended Oklahoma University, where she met the love of her life, Charles John “Pete” Hoffman. They were married for 50 years. When first married, they moved around quite a bit, California, West Texas and South Texas as Pete worked for Champlin Oil Co.While he was working the oil fields, Lualice gave birth to 4 children within 4 years. She lived a busy life raising children and involving herself in all their activities. In her free time, she loved to play cards and continued to until the end.Along the way, she was an active member of many organizations, Fort Worth Boat Club, Shady Oaks Country Club, and the Republican Party. Above all else, faith and family were the most important elements of her life. Her influence impacted many lives. She will long be remembered and respected for her love and wisdom.She is preceded in death by her husband, Pete, and her granddaughter, Shaye Lynne Boyd.Lualice is survived by 4 children, 15 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren.
