Obituary of Eliza Kacay Padua
Eliza Padua wife, mother, and homemaker died peacefully at her home in Fort Worth on the afternoon of July 28, 2023 surrounded by family.
Eliza is preceded in death by her husband of 35 years, David. She was the proud mother of 8 children, 14 grandchildren, and 15 great grandchildren.
Born in the Philippines in 1934 she moved to Arlington, Texas in 1997 to live with her daughter, Precinia, and son-in-law, David Thomason.
She was a proud member of Iglesia Ni Christo Church of Christ in Fort Worth. Eliza was active in the church and enjoyed video chats with her many friends and family in the Philippines. Her proudest moment while in Texas was being sworn in as a US Citizen in 2007 at the Tarrant County Convention Center.
Services are planned in the Philippines with Interment in Labayug Philippines next to her husband, David.
