Obituary of Jane Stovall
Jane Teresa Parnell Stovall, age 70, passed away peacefully on September 19th, 2024, and went to be with her Lord. Born on January 14th, 1954, she was a proud graduate of Nolan High School, Class of 1972.
She was predeceased by her beloved parents, James and Rita Parnell; her brother, Robert Parnell; and her grandson, Tory Arthur. Jane leaves behind her loving sisters, Judy, June, and Joan (and their families); her cherished daughters, Joanna and Julie; and her treasured grandchildren, Christian, Scott, Xavier, and Bethany. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, dear friends, and coworkers, all of whom will forever hold her memory in their hearts.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to the dedicated caregivers, hospice workers, and the team at Thompson’s Harveson & Cole Funeral Home for their compassionate care. Heartfelt gratitude is also expressed to everyone who gave their love and support during Jane’s final days.
A devoted Catholic and loving mother, Jane touched every heart she encountered. She had a remarkable gift for bringing love, support, and encouragement to every situation, making those around her feel seen and valued. Jane truly was an angel on earth, and her kindness and generosity will be deeply missed by all who had the blessing of knowing her.
Visitation: 12-1 p.m. Saturday, September 28, 2024 at Thompson's Harveson & Cole Chapel, 4350 River Oaks Blvd., Fort Worth, TX 76114.
Service: 1 p.m. Saturday, September 28, 2024 at Thompson's Harveson & Cole Chapel.
Interment: Mount Olivet Cemetery, 2301 N Sylvania Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76111.
