Dede Easter Cozart, 97, died peacefully in her sleep on Wednesday, December 13, 2017.Dede was born in Baltimore, Maryland where she lived until she enlisted as a nurse in the Army Air Corps during WWII, serving throughout the Pacific theatre including India, Guam, and Fiji as a second lieutenant. Dede was a nurse until her retirement and lived in Lima, Peru and South Florida before moving to Fort Worth in 1999. Dede was a master bridge player, actively playing until age 95, an avid reader, and adored her family and time spent with each of them.She is preceded in death by her parents, her husbands Thomas Hutchinson, Jr and Jack Cozart, her brother Andrew and her sister Grace.Survivors: Son, Tom Hutchinson, III and his wife Debbie, grandchildren: Scott and Lynn Hutchinson, Chris and Melissa Hutchinson, Nick Hutchinson, and Katie and Steven Bellere, and 5 great grandsons, sister Linda and Al Warfield, and several nieces and nephew.
