Obituary of John Floyd Monroe

John Monroe, 82, died on Sunday, November 4, 2018.John was born in Chicago to Paul Bryan and Caroline Butler Monroe. He attended Laneri High School, served 20 years is the US Navy, and retired from Michelin Tire Co, then worked at Home Depot.John and his wife, Tommie, were 45 year residents of Hurst and would have celebrated their 61st anniversary on November 30.He was preceded in death by his children, John Thomas Monroe and Pamela Elaine Johnston.Survivors: His wife, Tommie; his children, Diana Kay McCullough and Scott Alan Monroe; 15 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren
