Obituary of Corey Douglas Echard

Corey is the light in his mother’s eye and the strength in his father’s heart. Corey was born Feb. 06, 1984, in Denver, Colorado and grew up around the world, traveling with his family and father who served in the United States Air Force. He graduated from the Highland High School in Palmdale, Ca in 2002 and earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Bio-Chemistry from The Ohio State University in Columbus, OH. Corey moved to Fort Worth, TX in 2007 after college.He is preceded in death by grandparents, Douglas C. Haen, Jerry R. Echard and Sandra E. Echard.He is survived by his mother and father, Katherine and Timothy Echard, Fort Worth; his maternal grandmother, Joyce Haen, Denver, Co; his sister Bonnie and husband Roger Garcia with nephew Gavin and niece Marlow, Fort Worth; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
