Obituary of Vincent Lawrence Wiese

Vincent Lawrence “Larry” Wiese, 86, passed away Monday, October 15, 2018.Larry was born November 21, 1931 in Abilene, the son of Vincent I. and Florence (Zettler) Wiese. He graduated from Laneri High School and attended TCU. After serving in the USAF (1951-’55), Larry retired as the Assistant Director of the Federal Records Center after 32 years. He was a member of St. Andrew Catholic Church and the “Breakfast Club.”In addition to his parents, Larry was preceded in death by his brother, Bill, and sister, Norma.Survivors: Sisters, Frances Doty of Albuquerque, NM, and Rosemary Rea of Fort Worth; numerous nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
