Rest in peace, Mr. Rudd. You were a wonderful example to all those who knew you. In every role you held during your life, you demonstrated what was "great" about the "Greatest Generation". I appreciate getting to know you through your enduring friendship with my father, your Army buddy, and our own correspondence.
